A quote is given for a specific bag, size, quantity, material and number of print colors. Change any of those and the price changes with it. Your quote states how long the price holds
If an error is discovered after approval, a reprint is a new job. This is why the proof exists.
Printed color varies between stocks - the same file looks different on brown kraft and on white coated board - and a screen is not a reliable match for print. Where an exact color matters, tell us before the proof.
Print runs can finish slightly over or under the ordered quantity. We will tell you the tolerance for your run with the quote
Lead time runs from proof approval, not from the inquiry. Delivery is nationwide across the USA. Lead time is confirmed with your price
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Because bags are made to your specification, a job that has gone to press cannot be resold.
