The email address is the only required field, because it is how the price gets back to you.
Each request is stored on this website as a private record, visible only to logged-in staff, and a copy is emailed to our sales inbox at help@custompaperbagsco.com. Uploaded artwork is stored in the site’s own upload folder.
We use what you send to quote and produce your order. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.
Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address, when the page loads. Nothing else on the page is loaded from a third party.
If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this section will be updated first - if Google Analytics or an advertising pixel is added later, this section has to be updated first.
Quote records are kept so that a repeat order can reuse the same specification. We keep them only as long as the account is active
To see what is held about you, or to have it deleted, email help@custompaperbagsco.com from the address you used, and we will confirm once it is done.
The quote form itself sets no cookies. WordPress may set cookies for logged-in staff accounts.
